- THS Malaysia Tours shall not be held liable for any travel disruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
6. Liability
- THS Malaysia Tours acts only as an agent in arranging travel services and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses caused by third-party providers.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues arising beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and promotional materials is the property of THS Malaysia Tours. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
